Hi, I'm Jessica. I have over 14+ years of experience in product design, and have worked closely with 50+ companies. I love tackling complex and challenging problems, especially in information architecture, streamlining, and optimizing user flows.

I spent the last 8+ years as the Designer in Residence (DIR) in a startup accelerator, helping companies from various industries build, refine, and grow their products. I lead projects, build design teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and work directly with executive stakeholders.

I focus on turning user insights and business strategy into efficient, meaningful experiences that solve pain points and unlock new avenues for monetization and growth.
