Complex Problems. Unified Experiences. Measurable Impact.
A Little about me
I specialize in finding clarity inside complexity and designing toward the outcomes that matter.
Hi, I'm Jessica. I work at the intersection of UX craft and product strategy, turning fragmented systems and ambiguous requirements into unified experiences that drive real business results. Usability is the floor; the metrics that move the business forward are the goal.
I developed this approach at HearstLab as the sole designer across a portfolio of 70+ early-stage startups spanning B2B SaaS, marketplaces, healthcare, and consumer products. Each company needed well-designed, valuable products that resonated with users and helped them hit their next round of funding. Design was a business tool as much as a craft.
That same approach carries into my enterprise work today. At Guardian Life, I'm designing toward operational efficiency, compliance, and customer retention, consolidating 5-8 legacy tools into a unified experience for thousands of agents. I operate best in environments where the problem isn't fully defined and the stakes are real.
