Agentic AI systems & operator workflows, across enterprise, multi-product portfolios, and 0→1 platforms
Hi, I'm Jessica.
I design systems that do the thinking, so people put in less, and get more back.
A Little about me
Low tolerance for wasted effort. The user's, the business's, and mine.
Most of how I work comes from that. I like to do the hard thinking up front, and once it's done, the system carries the rest. What gets built has to last. Low maintenance, picks up easily by others, survives my exit.
The right outcome should be the one the user reaches on their own, with AI suggesting and assisting but never making the call. The user stays in control. That way, the system stays invisible, the experience feels neutral, and the user feels like they made a good decision by themselves.
