Surgeon’s frustration shown the necessity of an intuitive optimization.

CaseBuilder was initially designed to simplify surgical case creation but unintentionally added complexity to surgeons' workflows. Its rigid structure and unfriendly user experience led to frustration and wasted time for surgeons.
