I built the internal capacity management tool that served as the foundation for AptDeco's expansion from Tri-State to nationwide.
Working alongside engineering, I designed the system that externalized the Head of Operations' workflows: predictive recommendations that surfaced what she'd normally calculate herself, and a parameter portal that let ops adjust the system themselves. The system followed a recommend-not-command pattern: it surfaced actions for operators to approve, and earned authority as they trusted it.
