Two Domains. One Platform. AI Throughout.

I joined Guardian at kickoff as the primary designer on a replatforming initiative across Wealth Management and Insurance. I designed the cross-domain IA, the centralized research repository, 8+ end-to-end workflows, and the AI-assisted and agentic UX patterns embedded throughout.

The work was then split into two altitudes. First, the foundation: information architecture that supports cross-domain workflows (functional intent rather than product lines), a centralized research repository that aligned product, engineering, and business, and agentic UX patterns embedded across the platform. Second, the work on top of it: 8+ end-to-end advisor workflows (including multi-product application and approval flows) and the 360 workspace dashboard.
